Super hotel: zeer nette en ruime kamer, heel lekker eten, heel vriendelijke en vlotte bediening. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en snacks in de namiddag.

We were next the bar/lobby/breakfast bar. We could hear people talking and water/pipes (not sure but it was loud). It was difficult to sleep.

Check in was fine.. Facilities were poor.. No hot chocolate in the rooms or available at the hotel restaurant. The only place you could get it was to pay in the on-sight Starbucks (which was closed when I arrived).. Given that I don’t drink tea or coffee there were no hot drinks available. There were no cups or glasses for rinsing teeth after brushing. Breakfast choice was also poor.. I stay in hotels regularly but this is the first hotel I’ve visited where you can’t get hot chocolate without paying a high price, and you couldn’t even rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. I would have given no stars apart from Gail one of the breakfast servers who (when I raised the issue), out of the goodness of her heart, and without my knowledge, spoke to John the Starbucks manager who again, very kindly gave her a free hot chocolate to give to me. Both these staff members went above and beyond which I’m very grateful for. Hence the two stars which would have been none without them.

Excellent, small hotel in great location: a few minutes walk to RER for airport, Montparnasse station, Jardin du Luxembourg. Super clean, luxurious shower. It's in a quiet side street, endless things to see, do or eat and drink nearby.

Das Hotel liegt relativ ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstra?e, was ja für Athen nicht selbstverst?ndlich ist. Check in verlief reibungslos. Man muss auch sagen, dass das Personal sehr sehr nett ist. Zimmer ist vom Interieur her natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grunds?tzlich sehr sauber gemacht und zweckm??ig. Von der Lage her ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Monastiraki.

Staff were very rude at the restaurant and hold way through our order they walked away. Room was falling apart and bathroom was disgusting. Will not be coming back

Sutton Harbour is quiet, clean and offers a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and airconditioning. The breakfast is freshly cooked quickly. Staff were amazing, making check-in and daily interactions smooth. Parking can be a bit limited, but youcan park next door. We really like Sutton Harbour and all the staff who work hard to keep it confortable.
