Fantastic accommodation relaxing atmosphere

Amenities are smaller than appear in pictures

The room was not clean at all. Smelled moldy and very high humidity. Even though it had grand opening back in last August but I came in February, it already looked dirty . The wall and ?bad tub had stains. Mold and spider web on the ceiling, especially the black mold is right above the bed. Luckily we didnt stay for very long before we noticed the mold, but it still affected breathing condition.

When we requested specific images or evidence to support our claims and compensation, you were unable to provide any.Regarding air quality: After checking the system after you left, we noted that the air conditioner in the room was set at 28°C for the entire 6 hours you stayed. In February weather conditions, such a high temperature can cause a stuffy feeling and increased humidity, and this is not due to the quality of the hotel's infrastructure.Regarding your refund request: You checked in and used the services for 6 hours before requesting a free check-out. According to our general policy, we cannot process a refund request without a valid reason. Lovely hotel on a beautiful square with great restaurants, coffee & chocolate shop all nearby!!

This is really very quiet. It would be much better if you drove around. It might take more time to get used to the public transport around the area to the nearby shopping mall. ?People running this house are friendly !

The cabin needed some repairs with the main bedroom fan/light needing replacing and cleaning. The sliding door to the bathroom needs replacing. The spa bath to go as we had to step in the bath to have a shower. We managed ok but found it awkward. A walk in shower would be better. The staff member was most helpful at check-in and the location was great.

excellent location and clean with beautiful stuff

Our concierge was amazing! Any issues we had he was right there to help us out! He even gave us a brunch suggestion that was spot on! Everything was super clean and had what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Beach Resort over Halloween weekend. This Big 4 has the capabilities to suit every type of accommodation you can think of from a cabin to a tent. We happened to be tent camping but due to a crazy storm that blew through our tent was destroyed. I asked the front desk if they by chance had any cabins available so we could continue with our weekend but unfortunately they were sold out. Our family was sad to shorten our stay at Ocean Beach. We do plan on returning. A side note for Ocean Beach Resort: It would be nice to see the pool stay open until 9pm especially on the weekends and in the summer. I think 9pm is still early enough that it would not bother those near by. I also found the barbeques and trash near the pool to be in need of some attention from a dirty grill to an overflowing rubbage can.
