新酒店环境非常好，内部用的东西也很好，服务也很到位，地理位置也很好。唯一就是设施还得更加全面一些，酒店房间缺少一个遥控器，好像也没有电话。

Spent a wonderful two night stay at this special hotel. Room was exceptionally comfortable with special touches which added to feeling of luxury. Concierge staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the setting and made full use of the food court facilities which provided a variety of eating options. Will definitely return.

It was clean and spacious. I loved the price!!! Loved the pools and water slides. So much to do. Perfect family vaca spot

Uma estadia verdadeiramente especial, por ocasi?o do aniversário da minha esposa. Check-in caloroso e eficiente com a Eloísa e a Kat — o tom certo desde o primeiro momento. Toda a equipa de restaurante, no pequeno-almo?o e no jantar, revelou forma??o sólida, simpatia genuína e uma presen?a discreta que raramente se encontra. O colaborador do servi?o de vinhos foi um destaque absoluto — técnica fluida e elegante, de outro nível. A cozinha operou muito bem. Dois apontamentos: a viennoiserie e o p?o ficaram aquém do restante produto, e o arroz de coentros estava bastante picante. O Kids Club, os mimos (chapéu de praia, kit de dormir, turn down impecável) e a limpeza de todas as áreas completam uma opera??o de excelência. A piscina infelizmente ficou por aproveitar — o tempo n?o ajudou. Motivo para regressar. Parabéns à dire??o pela equipa que construíram.

AC doesn’t work - at 11pm they offered to move us to another room. We were unpacked and needed to get up at 6am. No one was available to try to fix the problem. Second offered solution was to open the balcony doors. That worked (in May ) for the temperature but we had 7 hours of no / fitful sleep with the street noise. What do they do in August when it is 90 outside??!! Stay elsewhere Perhaps there are reasons why Kempinski yanked their association with this hotel

真的是山间宝藏民宿！ 昨晚入住了云和梯田的白银谷十六间民宿，必须来写个走心好评。 停车场离民宿步行大概十分钟，是服务员帮我们挑着行李上来的，特别淳朴热情。来到这里，民宿的工作团队给我们的感觉是: 不是回家，胜似回家; 不是亲人，胜似亲人。 这里有山有水，还有文化底藴——白银谷的银子文化和畲族文化都很有特色。我们爬了一个小时左右到七星墩，一路风景很美，还能看日出、日落、飞瀑，真的太出片了。 最意外的是，我们居然是民宿的首位网上用户！感觉非常荣幸，希望这么好的地方能被更多人知道。下次还会再来～

We waren er met Pinksteren, het was heel warm. We hadden een 3-gangendiner geboekt, maar mochten ‘absoluut niet!’ buiten eten (heel bijzonder met zo’n terras en 28 graden). Iedereen moest binnen eten (te weinig personeel). Ook het ontbijt was heel moeizaam om buiten te doen, mocht wel met 2 maar niet met 4 (?). Roddelend personeel over andere personeelsleden tegen gasten op het terras, gillende kinderen in het zwembad..het was geen onverdeeld succes. Zonde, want prachtige plek, prima kamer en heerlijk zwembad.

酒店回复：尊敬的宾客，您好，首先非常感谢您选择入住雷迪森世嘉酒店，我们酒店的棉织品都是严格执行一客一换、更换后都会经过高温消毒的，日常也有服务员进行全屋清洁除尘，不存在卫生不干净的情况哦。身上发痒也有可能是换季肤质敏感、环境粉尘轻微刺激等外在因素导致，我们已再次对全屋榻榻米区域做深度清洁、除螨消杀。非常感谢您的点评，期待能有机会再次为您服务，祝您生活愉快！
