Buongiorno, mi sono trovata molto bene da voi. Personale accogliente e professionale. L'unica nota spiacevole la cena e il buffet, che se si arriva un po' dopo l'orario di apertura, non si trova tutto. Mio figlio ai cui piace poca roba, non ha potuto mangiare niente dal buffet. Comunque nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza e ci torneremo sicuramente.

The location isn’t within walking distance of much. While you can see parts of the city from your room, it’s not very pedestrian-friendly, so getting around on foot takes quite a while. There are a few somewhat sketchy clubs downstairs that play loud music until around 2 a.m., which can be heard even on the 9th floor. Breakfast is okay, but the selection is fairly minimal. The pool doesn’t look particularly inviting for a swim. That said, the staff are incredibly nice and very helpful.

Wunderbares Hotel mit moderner, geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Tolles Designhotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Man merkt, dass es eigentümergeführt ist und Kinder herzlichst willkommen sind! Der Wellnessbereich ist top, sauber und einzigartig. Die N?he zu den Skiliften perfekt.Wir hatten zum 2. Mal die besten Semesterferien. Danke an das wunderbare Personal des Tauernhofs! Besonderen Dank an Bettina aus dem Service, die diesen Aufenthalt ganz besonders machte!

V g value for money. Very near centrale station, polite staff, good breakfast, fuss free, modern, has kettle/tea/coffee in room. Only complaint is they give you just one paper cup. Street can be noisy late at night.

Our room was well presented and looked lovely and enjoyable range of drinks and snacks available.
Quality of the bed was terrible!! We did tell the manager of this issue as we're returning next week.
Felt like due to the fact that we had booked via *******, and although I booked an upgrade room, that we didn't get the best quality of room and bed.
