The hotel provided us with the perfect service and experience for the purpose of staying close to the international airport as we had an early morning flight. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The restaurant had very good Indonesian food (we have not tried the western menu). Breakfast was fantastic and available from 5.30am ! The service was attentive and quick and always with a smile. Our package included a free airport shuttle which was great and on time. The value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

It all started with Brad going out of his way to accommodate us, then I needed change the booking! This was no trouble at all for Brad, he set the tone for the whole time we stayed there. Thought I had a unit with only 1 bathroom but ended up with 2, which was really helpful. Absolutely no concerns with the rooms, value, cleanliness and service. So punters start booking!!!

What a great little find! Stayed in Eastbourne to visit some friends with my partner and our toddler. Took a chance on this place and was so happy I did! We had a connecting room which meant we had separate bedrooms connected internally, 2 bathrooms (with marble tiles!) and 2 kitchens. We had more than enough space but would have been fine in just the main room and a cot (which they also provided). It’s right next to the Towner, 5 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to the centre and all the shops. Big shout out to Dimple and her team who could have been more welcoming and were great with our little girl. See you in the summer ??

Very Clean.situated in a very convenient area.staff were great and the food was good.never tried the breakfast but heard it was very good.Great value for money.we will definately visit again

The bathroom is terrible, the hotel is old, and you can't sleep because of the barking dogs, the noise of cars, and the poor service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Vraiment à fuir venu pour la saint Valentin réservation pour vu sur la ville on se retrouve avec une table improvisé en plein milieu de la salle le responsable vraiment désagréable nous a plus que méprisé. Nous avons donc décider de quitter les lieux sans y manger. Ne prenez pas le temps de vous y arrêter ?a ne vaut pas le coup
