We reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us.

古城指定路口行李接送服务，小哥服务非常热情耐心，会解答所以问题，会推荐附近好吃好玩的，对于初次来丽江的我们方便不少，酒店风景不错，一进门就是一小院的花，超级美，能拍照的地方也很多，房间乾净整洁，古香古色的，很有云南特色的小院，性价比高，非常满意的入住

No staffs at the hotel, but they can help you via WhatsApp.
The hotel is clean and feels new, which we really appreciated.
However, I’ve seen many newer hotels lose their quality after a few years because cleanliness standards decline and they end up relying only on stylish design and attractive photos.
I hope that doesn’t happen here. Please continue maintaining the property well and paying attention to detailed cleaning so this hotel can stay as nice as it is now.
