Our stay at InterContinental Aqaba (Resort Aqaba) by IHG was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. When they learned it was our anniversary, Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, surprised us with a complimentary celebration cake delivered to our room — a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Kiras at the reception was also outstanding, incredibly helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every detail was handled with care, and we genuinely felt valued as guests. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Aqaba.

Nice and friendly staff, a warm welcome but sadly lacking in experience, drinks were a little disappointing and the beer was off in taste. Breakfast wasn’t great, long wait times and for what it is, pretty expensive too, nearly ￡20 for a cooked breakfast on top of room rate and also car parking charges. My Amex was I correctly charged upon check out without my knowledge. A little frustrating Good location, well priced rooms for a work trip pit stop.

Отель шикарный!!! Вспоминаем до сих пор! Чисто , красиво, стильно, комфортно, номер большой, кровать удобная , все новое , чистое ! Завтрак шикарный, шведский стол -стильно и красиво оформлено , ассортимент не большой , стандартно , но качество продуктов отменное! Только добавок к мюсли огромное количество , сосиски , омлет , несколько видов сыра , хамон , десерты даже мед в сотах , Месторасположение хорошее , на горе с видом , до жд станции на автобусе минут 7 (они бесплатны если активируете гест карту, спросить на ресепшене ) все было великолепно ! В холе отеля камин , зоны для фото , все стилизовано и со вкусом ! Спасибо , за прекрасный отдых ! Сам Тренто очень классный городок , исторический центр атмосферен, особенно вечером !

Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war jedoch stark veraltet, insbesondere die Sanit?ranlagen (Schimmel, schlechte Toilettenspülung). Bett und Matratze waren unbequem. Insgesamt kein gutes Zimmererlebnis.

Decor was poor. Beds were clean but very uncomfortable. The overall appearance was nice but it had the feel of a HMO.

Really nice hotel with good facilities

The room was spacious and clean for my family. Front desk was kind and professional. The facilities overall was a clean, organized, and comfortable.
