Our second visit and once again the 4 palms and it's staff deserve a 10/10 score on everything!! No words can describe the perfect service, hospitality and friendly atmosphere that awaits you from arrival till departure. Daily breakfast is delicious and freshly made with greatest care. We said last year: see you in 2026 and we now say: see you in 2027!????

Good location in town, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Check-in person was friendly. Parking on-site (small fee) was convenient. Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice pillows. Shower water pressure was very low, and towels were of average quality. Check-out person not so friendly. Would recommend this property for a short 1-2 night stay.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang ,Frühstücks Buffet war klein aber fein, für jeden was dabei. ??Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We had a friendly greeting on arrival.The room was simple and all we needed, and included all the basics. Fresh towels and linen daily was appreciated.

Room was clean and location was ideal. I only gave stars because the check in took forever and the young lady that checked us in was not very friendly. She had either just gotten there or just returned from a break and it was clear we were an inconvenience to her.

Hotel grazioso, a pochi passi dal centro. Ottima e curatissima sia la colazione sia la cena. Personale gentile e attento. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e veramente molto comoda. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Booked a Superior Double Room which should have been with windows but was instead alloted the Lower Category Superior Studio Room without windows.The room alloted was so small that there was hardly any space to move around.I had to take my dinner sitting on the floor.Electric Kettle was there but no tea or coffee kits.The bathroom was also too small.In a nutshell i was cheated of the money i paid by being alloted a lower category room.
