Amazing hotel, and extremely dog friendly. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the rooms were comfortable, warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing and a great place to relax after a day of walking.

Жаль, что в номере не было ни халатов, ни тапочек, хотя об этом заявлено Завтрак приносят в номер (хлеб, панкейки, круассаны и к ним разные начинки, кофе и свежевыжатый сок) но очень странно, что на 2х гостей сыр и ветчину положили по 3 кусочка, видимо каждому по одному, а потом кто успел тот и съел…

酒店服务非常不错，本来小孩打算睡梳化床的，酒店给免费加床，还赠送了一个早餐，旁边有一家叫家式餐厅的中餐馆，非常好吃，但酒店去哪都要打车

It’s a shame this place was as dirty and uncomfortable as it was because the location is perfect. The dorm was extremely hot and the pillows were so lumpy and uncomfortable. There’s also a stupid rule that you can’t use the aircon past 22:00 even though there’s 12 beds in a room and it’s 23° at night. meaninf everyone used the fans that are 1. Louder than the air-con and 2. Push warm air around the room so it’s no cooler. Also the men’s bathroom was not nice at all. It always stunk of pee. The ceiling was leaking also there’s loads of flys in there. Every time I used the bathroom I was bitten alive. I guarantee the private rooms aren’t in this state but the dorm and bathrooms need some serious attention paid to them. I would not stay here again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great location building is very secure.

A truly enchanting stay, a magical place steeped in history. A fantastic experience in every way. The property and staff were exceptional. Everything, from the view to the location to the food, exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend staying here highly enough. It's so special and romantic that it stays in your heart. I can't wait to return.

The hotel is small and very quiet. The room is excellent - spacious, comfortable, with a great view from the big balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not possible to swim from the tiny hotel beach because of the rocks, but luckily it is possible to walk a little to the left and use another hotel's beach. The location is not convenient. It costs $25 to take taxi to Playa del Carmen. The food always looks great but not always tastes so good, and is pretty expensive.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient and close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.
