La ubicación es buena. Tienes la estación de autobuses a 3 min. La habitación muy limpia, cepillo, pasta gorro ducha, peine, abrillantador, gel y champú en botes. El desayuno muy bien también

Un week-end absolument ressour?ant dans ce magnifique domaine à Pontlevoy. La chambre affiche un standing digne des plus grands h?tels, et le jardin ( vaste et sublime) nous a offert un sentiment infini de quiétude, rare et précieux. Mais ce qui marque vraiment, c’est la qualité de l’accueil : des h?tes bienveillants, disponibles, qui savent mettre leurs h?tes à l’aise dès le premier instant. On repart avec l’envie de revenir. Merci à vous 2 pour ce beau moment !

环境很好，很出片，房间风格设计很简约大方，室内用品都新鲜乾净，楼顶天台view很赞，泳池也可以一直游。管家服务很到位，帮忙拿行李上下楼，态度也很好。

Llegamos el domingo en la tarde/noche y no había personal que nos auxiliara con el equipaje y la sita de recepción nos dijo que no tenían personal. Su alberca techada se agradece por el clima de Puebla, pero su agua siempre está fría.

Exceptionnel! Très bel h?tel, dans un magnifique parc, le tout joliment décoré. A noté une hospitalité incroyable, personnel très professionnel, souriant, très attentionné jusque dans l anticipation de nos demandes. Le Spa: parfait! Massage, soin du visage, à la hauteur des prestations de l h?tel. Bref, à faire!

My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.
