Excellent comme toujours. L’h?tel Rive sud est devenu notre pied à terre lors de notre passage à Chinon. Accueil agréable d’un personnel aux conseils avisés, qui nous fait nous sentir privilégiés , chambre au calme, confortablement meublée et décorée avec soin, salle de bain très bien agencée et équipée, et surtout très propre, une salle de petit déjeuner à l’ambiance moderne avec une touche d’ancien très élégante au large buffet garni de produits du terroir à découvrir, et du fait maison. La cour intérieure ensoleillée nous invite à la détente… Vraiment une adresse à essayer… et peut-être que, comme nous, elle restera à la place?????? dans votre carnet d’adresses. Merci encore à toute l’équipe. … Au fait, ils ont ouvert un petit restaurant en ville très très sympa où la table est bonne??…

Just returned from Hakuraa Huraa and what a great holiday it was. We stayed in a Sunset Overwater Villa which was fantastic, well maintained and clean with good facilities. The food was freshly prepared, with a large choice and tasted fantastic. Our waiter Irufaadh was so helpful and always polite and smiling. All the facilities were within a 5-10min walk. The free snorkelling trip is worth going on. This is a great choice for a holiday and would certainly come back.

Breakfast,staff and dinner was 10/10 beautiful hotel

The visit is extremely great..?? This hotel offers an exceptional dining experience that truly stands out??. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every taste. Each meal feels thoughtfully prepared, combining quality ingredients with perfect seasoning????. We also met the chef who was truly sincere and genuine the way he interact is amazing..??The ambiance enhances the experience, making it a memorable place for food lovers.??

Everything was satisfactory until the morning of checkout. My wife went for a run in the morning, and the bellboy ran after her to ask if she was going to check out, as if she intended to steal from the premises. This occurred at 9:30am, although check-out was not until 12 p.m. After we completed the checkout process, the bellboy refused to assist us with our luggage. He merely watched as I carried the luggage down the stairs and into the taxi, without offering any help or taking any action. I believe that hotels should exercise great caution in their hiring procedures. Although it was a holiday in Colombia, it is not the guest’s fault if an employee is having a bad day.

Everything was very good. The staff, property and our room were all excellent. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. We will be staying here again.

Property was beautiful and our room was wonderful, especially the gas fireplace. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our trip!
