5/5 Stars: Carlton Kodaikanal – Pure Bliss! Stayed 3 nights at Carlton Kodaikanal, and it was perfection! Mr. Christopher (DGM) and Anthony Raj delivered warmth beyond the call of duty, making us feel right at home. Outstanding hospitality, excellent food with flexible chefs catering every whim, and a perfectly managed hotel oozing old-world charm—beautifully maintained. Best views in Kodaikanal from manicured gardens teeming with flora and fauna. Pristine air quality added to the magic. Highly recommend this 5-star gem for an unforgettable hill station escape!

不错。早餐过了十点就让人离开，不用惨，坐在里面聊天都不行，有点过分严苛了。

We really enjoyed the pool area and the views were beautiful. Every room has an ocean view which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle service was amazing and very convenient. The pool was never overcrowded which made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. On the downside, the wifi did not work for our entire stay, which was very frustrating. For a four star hotel, the rooms feel outdated and do not seem to have been upgraded in quite some time. The poor wifi was the biggest disappointment and really took away from the experience. Overall, great views and service, but the rooms and internet need serious improvement to match the hotel’s rating.

很不错的酒店，电梯有点老，但是房间宽敞早餐丰富，就是厕所有点反臭，可能建筑太老了吧！
