We had a lovely time at this unique place. The owner was super nice and organised a table at a great restaurant for dinner. To made the experience even better, we had the joy to meet the two adorable palazzo-doggies Jack & Toni. We do highly recommend this hidden gem!

THe apartment was specious and very clean. Location was also ideal as it was not far from town but still close to conveniences and local shops.

Arriving with bicycle and trailer. Staff helped carry and store gear and bicycle. Beyond his duties. A lot help also with language barrier of getting transportation service too. Definitely a great place to stay.

The hotel itself, its location, and cleanliness were acceptable. However, we experienced several issues with the service and communication. The staff provided incorrect information regarding the tea service; we were told it was free, but later we were charged, and informed that only hot water is free. In addition, the room key cards needed to be updated at the reception every day after returning late, which was inconvenient. At night, the receptionist had very limited English and asked us to speak Spanish, which made communication difficult. The most serious issue, however, is related to the invoice. We forgot to request it at checkout, and although we emailed the hotel afterward, we have not received any response for more than 10 days despite several follow-ups. When we called, we were asked to send the request again, but still there has been no reply. For comparison, we contacted another hotel (Nadal Hotel) and they responded immediately and professionally, which highlighted the lack of responsiveness here

Blaine at the front was awesome! She got us checked in early and on the same floor with a great view. Really nice walk along the river nearby.

Great value for money. Used the hotel for a quick stop over before onward travel. Large room, a little old fashioned but not a problem at the price we paid, to be expected. Everything in the room that was needed and very clean. No lift to second floor so a little difficult with heavy luggage but we managed. Would stay again if in same situation.
