Stayed at this beautiful hotel to visit the rich prehistoric sites nearby. Hotel is filled with French charm, boasts beautiful lush garden grounds, a pool, bar, and an amazing restaurant (elegant dinner with wine, full breakfast buffet). Our room was super-clean and furnished with beautiful linens and all of the mod-cons. The staff is professional, courteous, bilingual (THANK YOU!) and v welcoming. Special shout-out to Sylvian, a gentleman on staff who helped us fulfill special requests. Sylvian, merci! Vous êtes un prince. ??

Tout était parfait de A à Z ! Accueil chaleureux puis découverte de la magnifique et très propre et spacieuse chambre . Bouilloire et café à disposition. La piscine est également très agréable. Le d?ner fut digne d’un 5 étoiles avec une Cheffe d’un haut niveau culinaire et partageant avec nous sa passion pour la cuisine avec de multiples explications sur la conception de son menu tout au long du repas. Le petit déjeuner fut délicieux et copieux. Je terminerai par féliciter et remercier Michael le patron de cet établissement qui tout au long du séjour vous conseille, est aux petits soins pour ses h?tes et raconte pour notre plus grand plaisir les anectodes et l’histoire de cette belle région. Mi estancia en el Marriott fue muy agradable en términos generales, pero quisiera hacer una observación que considero importante. Durante mi visita vi varios gatitos dentro de la propiedad, especialmente en las áreas cercanas al restaurante y jardines. Muchos de ellos parecían estar bastante delgados y necesitados de atención. En un principio me indicaron que no estaba permitido alimentarlos, aunque posteriormente me comentaron que podía hacerse en algunas zonas específicas. Entiendo que los hoteles deben mantener ciertas políticas operativas, pero considero que una cadena tan importante como Marriott podría implementar un programa de apoyo responsable para estos animales. Acciones sencillas como proporcionar alimento en áreas controladas, colaborar con asociaciones locales o promover campa?as de esterilización podrían marcar una gran diferencia. Todos podemos aportar un poco para hacer del mundo un lugar mejor, y creo que una empresa con el alcance y prestigio de Marriott tiene una excelente oportunidad de liderar este tipo de iniciativas de bienestar animal. Agradezco la atención y espero que esta sugerencia pueda ser considerada en beneficio de los animales y de la comunidad.

Enjoyed my stay at Jian Guo Hidden Hotel. The room is clean & big, bed is comfortable. Location is convenient as there are malls nearby with lot of food choices & the metro station is located just outside the hotel. Free self service laundry room are available for use is another plus point but the number of machines available is limited.

Just back from the most memorable stay. We’ve stayed here for many years with my children’s first visit when they were 8 and 4. This last 12 days were spent with 60 friends and family celebrating my son’s wedding. Not only is the setting beautiful, the food and drinks are top quality and varied. It’s the little things that make this place in my humble opinion a cut above anywhere else I have stayed. The fridges dotted about filled with drinks and ice creams to just help yourself. The cabanas near the beach to snooze, the new decking on the beach making a plink in the crystal clear water a doddle. The huge cushions on netting over the sea. And the live music at the beach at the golden hour where you can enjoy a cocktail and soak in the view. The patisserie is superb! Not to mention the chefs walking round the beach and pool with late morning and late afternoon snacks to your sun longer! The setting speaks for itself and takes your breath away. The place it spotless, and a huge army of staff strive to keep it that way. The rooms are huge and spacious and again kept immaculate. But you know what really makes this place so special. The staff and management. Never have I stayed anywhere where they are so attentive and engaging. They strive daily to meet your every desire. From chamber maid, reception, guest services, restaurant and bar, nothing is too much trouble. Special mentions for me are Ulas the duty manager, Deniz the reception manager, the guest relations team, Ugur the food and beverage manager who arranged and facilitied the most amazing wedding for our son and daughter in law. What a day we had. They all went above and beyond for us all. Decorating rooms with balloons for the birthdays we had! Now for the staff we engaged with regularly who work tirelessly to forge not just engagement and great service but forge friendships also. They know what drinks we are likely to ask for, and there’s 1000’s of guests, greet us like family and provide top notch service whilst working long hours. Gokhan at breakfast and the sunset bar, Waysea at the beach bar and main bar, Elgin in the restaurant you guys rock! Let’s not forget the animation team, They never stop! We’re lazy so didn’t really engage much in the activities but boy they’re super! Thanks team Lykia! You’re all sensational!
