I had a wonderful stay at Eden Hue Hotel for about two weeks. I stayed in a Superior room, facing the river, so it was quiet and peaceful. The entire hotel staff, including the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; they even surprised me with a birthday treat, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing, and since I don’t eat pork, the chef kindly prepared vegetarian or seafood options for me. Honestly, it was some of the best breakfast food I had in Hue.

Very nice atmosphere. Stay is very comfortable & food is very tasty. Mr. Mahesh Loitongbam is friendly person & cares about each tourist. Provides service at his very best.

Had an enjoyable 1 night stay in a suite. Was very good. The room was clean and warm, bed was comfy. Could have done with robes in the bathroom and very minor cosmetic things attending too. Parking was easy. But was well worth what we paid.

I have the opportunity to go to the resort to spend my birthday with my daughter. We went on the first of February. Thanks Chef Sanjay. We love breakfast, food amazing. Service and staff we very nice and kind. Specially Mr Jerome from restaurant. He took well care of us. After breakfast we went to Aqualand and was amazing. Thanks to all staff and people from Crystal Beach, I spent a wonderfull birthday

The room was great, clean and spacious! However the location was totally unbearable. Totally hidden, no car can or even auto can go in. You will have to walk few hundred meters to the main road to catch any public transport!
