We have been here many times great location we had a room with sea view , the weather was horrendous which made the view of the waves even more spectacular which we enjoyed viewing over again. We didn't use the Gym, sauna, swim but we will in the future. Plenty bars restaurants around the area.Great price on a short notice little break would recommend ?? % .

The staff was welcoming and lovely. Room, sheets, bathrooms was spotless clean ?
I was a bit worrried about noise before arrival but neither the pubs or street noise annoyed me

除了地理位置很好，就在海德公园旁边，其余一无是处，设施陈旧，空调响一晚，严重影响睡眠。而且前台服务很不好，也许本人英语欠佳，前台有个女服务生沟通意愿很不强，且态度僵硬，面部表情让人很不舒服。
酒店回复：分配单的亲子间，窗户也很小，感觉不是实体窗户，空气不流通。

Service was great from arriving to leaving .
Lady on reception was fab giving us some great inspiration and information of places to visit ( especially the cottage restaurants).
Room was spacious, clean and had a lovely comfortable bed.
Ideal location for Quay street ??

Perfetto!! Un posto dove stare. Ha tutto quello che serve. Buonissima colazione, posto accogliente e per rilassarsi c'è una fantastica SPA e palestra ben attrezzata. Grazie inoltre al personale Ahmet e Gamze per la loro disponibilità e cordialità.

Harga di aplikasi dengan harga aslinya berbeda, sampai sana di mintain uang lagi, listriknya sering mati juga . Tingkat kebisingan juga sangat berisik saat tidur malam ada yang berisik dan saat pagi-siang pun orang2 tlpnan diluar sangat berisik. Kamarnya pas hujan bocor. Mohon maaf tapi ini ulasan jujur dari saya, untuk kamar mandi bersih dan untuk kasur juga Oke.

Fui para esquiar durante 3 dias mas as pistas estiveram fechadas 2 desses dias, tivemos que ficar no hotel, onde foi possível passar o tempo nas atividades (full body, pilates, cycling, ginásio, spa).

The hotel is nice, in a superb location! It was super cold in a room during the night — the heating didn’t work in our room though the hotel is newly renovated I guess and it had heating/air conditioner. Also, the reception/stuff wan’t available at night so there was no-one to assist with the air conditioner.

葡萄牙是我目前去过的国家里最坑人的国家，处处坑，比菲律宾都恶心人，拿葡萄牙跟菲律宾比，菲律宾都被玷污了实属无奈，葡萄牙去一次就够够的了，大街上黑人当街交易**，饭店用不乾净的食材，吃了我拉肚子，酒店也坑人，葡萄牙这地方我是一点好都没看见，还赶上天天下雨
