The Staff was extremely nice and the location right next to the ocean was also amazing. food and beverages were also very pricey.

Room we had ground floor terrace had zero sun all day!! I guess being number 13 should have avoided it… The fridge leaked water on the floor . The TV was small and dated no Netflix !! Big shame . It was exceptionally clean and for a 3 star I guess pretty good but could have been better. There is no air con just fans which is ok for winter sun. Bar service and pool excellent although the coffee machine coffee was awful . Could do with a ping pong table or games room for a bit of fun but we did use the dart board . Big plus was the brand new Bali beds for use for free on the Sun terrace . So overall it’s a smashing place but the things I have mentioned would have really made it great!!!

非常方便的就在Harrods斜对面马路，各方面都挺好的，除了有一间房间的洗手间地面没有地暖，另外主卧洗手间的出水是很臭的。其他都很好，很乾净，每天打扫，也很安静。

I never seen such hotel who don’t care about customer service! I will never come back on this hotel, front desk cannot even smile when serving nor knows how to greet customer. Such an expensive hotel but no customer service, no hot water and AC not working proper!!!! I regret staying here….

Fabulous gem tucked away minutes from Marble Arch. Serene yet friendly with fantastic food and a lovely little spa. Staff are all warm and welcoming. Special shout out to Maria who gave me a superb massage and to Laura who made mealtimes fun (and somehow intuited exactly what I needed). Highly recommended.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

酒店就在墨尔本机场对面，位置是非常出色的，房间也很大很新，餐厅的出品和服务人员的态度也很好，唯一美中不足的就是前台的一个印度籍男工作人员态度很敷衍，问他怎么去到客运大楼，态度很差，建议加强培训和管理。

酒店位置很好，距离central火车站五分钟步行，早上五点钟赶飞机也很方便，早餐有免费的一些麪包、甜点、苹果，全天有咖啡，很好喝，服务人员很nice，寄存的行李帮忙送到屋里，房间很大，衞生间也很大，就是房间本身没窗户，衞生间有很大的窗户，整体还是舒适的！
