Hotel is rather far from train station especially with few luggages. Room size was decent but lack of amenities. There was no safe in room, no phone to contact the reception, no fridge, no toiletries. There was no housekeeping by default, but only on request. Room cards not working frequently during our 3 nights stay there, and we had to go to the counter to ask for help. One of the male receptionist was rudely insulted me for not understanding English when I was trying to ask his help as the card was unable to open the room door. The other 2 female receptionists were very friendly otherwise. I was only told by the female receptionist on my last day there that the room cards often get de-activated if they are placed near phone or credit cards. It was very tiring to keep walking up and down the rooms just to get the cards activated everyday.

1.酒店设计不知道在想什麽，明明可以整斜坡拉行李箱，硬要客户提行李箱，真的很重！ 2.酒店双床房厕所玻璃，为什麽要透明？？？就算是夫妻同住拉屎也很尴尬啊，设计师想什麽呢？旺季房费不便宜，600多块一晚，很不满意！

Was delighted with the room. Basic but adequate, clean, comfortable beds, had a good night's sleep, check out wS easy, just put key cards in a box. Breakfast 10.00 exelent value for money

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, cuisine copieuse et tres bonne. Sympathique accueil avec une réceptionniste parlant fran?ais qui a ete une agréable surprise pour nous.

Property is good but no fridge in the room. No phone in the room. Very inconvenient to deal with help desk. As international traveler you will need to make international calls to reach help desk for any service needs. Shopping mall across the road was very good. Tram running nearby Staff was not very helpful with inquiries

管理混乱，那么多充电桩车位全被油车占用，找保安协调一下，竟然来一句，都是楼上单位领导们的车，没法协调。

The views, amenities, staff, and surrounding city were all excellent. I would definitely try to make this destination a tradition.
