真的物有所值，服务态度很好，所有事情都是第一时间响应，房间衞生乾净，不习惯用马桶，配了免费的坐垫，点赞，早餐好吃，牛肉粉特别推荐，下次还来????

The helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, the well arranged and comfort of my room, and the wonderful location all contributed to a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

江景房打开窗帘就是无敌江景， 设施：该有的都有 衞生：很乾净。 服务：很好。 环境：地理位置优越，离景点也近，到渌江书院和状元芳洲都很近，走路不远就到。吃饭的地方也近。房间也挺宽敞，符合我的要求。

一家不错的文创酒店，服务很好。整个文创园区氛围也很好。商务入住很方便，房间够大带窗户，淋浴和衞生间是分开且独立的，很衞生。更适合亲子入住，楼下文创园区有很多适合小朋友的乐园，甚至绿化带有松鼠的空中饲养区域。楼下的咖啡厅结合西餐做得很不错，内部绿植覆盖率很高环境很好。早上还有免费的简餐赠送非常不错。

We had a nice stay. Location is great. Breakfast area is a bit outdated. During check-out we were surprised to pay (eur18) for the changes of towels. This was not explained during check-in, but seems that a notification was in the room. At the end we did not have to pay. I believe the hotel should communicate better for such costs (or even better not to charge guests for such things).

Sulla struttura nulla da dire, Ha stanze molto semplici e neutre ma tanti bei servizi come il bowling, campi da tennis o lo spazio benessere. Anche reception disponibile e gentili. La mia nota negativa va però ai ragazzi che han lavorato al ristorante dell’hotel in data 18.06.22, non è da me scrivere recensioni così negative ma l’atteggiamento cafone che hanno avuto merita una nota a loro sfavore. Perché arrivare in reception e sentire commenti tipici da uomo medio nei confronti miei o di qualche altra donna nei paraggi già non è stato piacevole ( ne per me ne per il mio compagno), ma potevo soprassedere, ma sentire prese in giro anche nei confronti di mio padre allora no. Siete in un hotel a confine con l’Italia, ma credete davvero di avere sempre la fortuna che i clienti non vi capiscano? Villani e vergognosi, mi pento solo di non avervi fatto notare subito la grande figuraccia fatta, ma ho preferito evitare il peggiorare della situazione.
