Bathroom gets flooded everytime you take a shower. Other than that hotel is very well decorated and furnished. Immaculate lobby and breakfast at the roof.

We enjoyed the ideal balance between hiking, sports, and relaxation. We truly appreciated how welcoming and family-oriented the hosts were. The food was amazing — truly gastronomic — and the location is simply stunning (get ready for unforgettable views!). The value for money is excellent, especially considering the outstanding level of service provided.

This resort is fantastic. Everything from the staff, amenities, just great service all around. This place has everything you need and want. I personally didn’t golf, as I was on my honeymoon with my wife, but I heard from others staying at the resort that it’s one of the best courses they’ve played. I will be back for sure!

酒店是新开的，但是没有异味，酒店服务人员服务意识到位，服务非常好，下楼过马路就是赤浪川菜馆，非常正宗的川菜，走10分钟就是万松园路，夏氏砂锅顶级排队王。当然酒店的早餐也是非常不错的，45层高楼270度视角的就餐环境，欲穷千里目，还得来毅风

千万别来住！！！这是我遇见最差的酒店 没有之一 ！！！我从不写差评，这次必须好好写一下。看介绍上面儿写的带泳池，但前台説这泳池不是他们的，还得再花钱。被子是烂的，孩子睡的那床被罩儿倍儿脏，枕头也脏，屋里边儿还都是虫子。
最牛的是酒店服务巨差！要多加一个被子説没有，説被子脏，不给换被套直接拿了新的来，这怎麽就有了？枕头上还有头发！就説现在是暑假，你650的价格也不低了，这服务态度和衞生环境 ，如果有0我都给你打零分 ，垃圾酒店！

No entregaron la habitación que se reservo. Cuando se solicito el cambio indicaron que el día siguiente hacían el cambio, al segundo día tampoco realizaron el cambio, y este día tampoco realizaron servicio de limpieza de la habitación. La habitación era muy peque?a para una pareja.
酒店回复：感谢贵宾的点评，您订的是2间特价的标间，咱家特价标间是在负一层订单页面也有标识，但是我们免费给您升级了一个豪华的家庭房，考虑到是一对情侣又给您保留了一间大床房，都是比您定的原本房型做了免费升级，第二天您想换房间，但当时的房态已经是满房的状态，第三天主动联系您，再次给您免费升级，您説不用换了，打扫房间的问题，我们房嫂不私自进入客人的房间，保留客人的私隐，如您需要可以联系前台或者房嫂，电话上都是有标识号码的，很抱歉这次入住给您带来不好的体验，我们会加以改进，期待您不久将来再次光临莱斯商务酒店，我们会真诚的为您提供满意的服务.
