Nice clean hotel. Great location on a quiet street and within walking distance of restaurants and metro stations. Comfy beds and powerful shower with a balcony to the room an unexpected bonus.

房子打扫非常乾净整洁，居住很舒适。地理位置好，楼下便利店、餐厅都有，非常方便。管家非常贴心，还可以中文交流，又给介绍了很多好玩的景点，整体非常满意，还会再次定房的，推荐推荐！

不知道是不是距离机场有点近，有一点噪音，房间对比价格还是相比可以接受

The Lensbury is a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds- we’d stayed before in a premium room so we were curious about what a standard double would be like. Thankfully no horror stories but certainly different. We had a lovely stay in any event and thoroughly recommend it- whether you go for standard or beyond, staff are professional and assist guests with kindness and patience.

Compact delightful resort. Small but top quality service and outstanding room decor and size. Breakfast is a big problem ...... because there is no buffet, table service gets overwhelmed. Most families come in at the same time in the morning and staff are way over their heads ........ this needs to be addressed by management..... either they get a lot more staff or they need to convert to buffet. We ordered smoked salmon and they had none left. No regular oatmeal, no toast, no maple syrup for waffles or pancakes....... they are drowning in orders and cannot handle the rush. Otherwise the resort is wonderful. Beach has no stones or rocks and is very accessible. Def a return visit but they need to do something with Breakfast quickly.

Cozy hotel. Our room smelled a little musty and walls were thin could hear everything upstairs even other guests were moving furniture early am and would wake us up. Breakfast basket was cute, but it was the same thing every day. Front desk was welcoming. On our last day there were 2 girls in the back yard courters taking bikini photos with a whole tripod setup, which made it awkward for myself and child to hang out back there.

I loved the shuttle bus service and the excellent staff! The view from my room was stunning. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others. One small suggestion—it would be even better if the shuttle included trips to nearby tourist attractions. Still, a fantastic stay overall! ????

Had an enjoyable meal here again. Couldn’t think of a better place to go for a birthday meal. Have enjoyed top restaurants and we keep returning here over the last 6 years as the food is excellent, beautifully presented. Atmosphere is relaxing. Customer service is top notch. A beautiful inn and it IS truly the best place to go. We stayed here years ago before moving to Devon. Lovely rooms and can’t imagine this has changed. They also have a large play area, beer garden. The owners and chef must be so proud of themselves. Certainly deserve to be.

龙华观澜算是很好的酒店，入住时前台还送了一瓶矿泉水，服务很周到，房间空间大，采光好，明亮，设施齐全，早餐种类很好，有免费停车场，靠近地铁站出行也很方便，位置很好，床垫舒适，网速很快，开会很顺畅不卡顿，综合来説，还是比较推荐的

酒店位置适中，设计简洁新颖又有文化气息，服务热情专业，房间新整衞生乾净。吐槽衞生间设施一是地漏下水孔小下水慢，不一会就“水漫金山”，害得我湿漉漉光腚腚出来找工具撬开滤水板；二是龙头开关设计成开热水必先要经过开冷水这一行程，必嫌激灵冷一下????
