这次入住桔子酒店（兴化楚水招商城店），整体感受远超预期。 酒店的优势特别突出：位置绝佳，紧邻兴化老街，周边吃喝出行都很便利，步行就能探索当地特色风情。作为新开业酒店，设施格外新颖齐全，智能客控、高速Wi-Fi、乾净的洗衣房和健身室一应俱全，机器人送物服务也很贴心高效。房间整洁明亮，床品柔软舒适，衞生间乾湿分离，洗浴用品带着清新香气，住得十分舒心。服务更是加分项，前台接待热情周到，自助入住流程便捷，工作人员响应需求及时，细节处尽显用心。 美中不足的是自助早餐，完全没跟上酒店的整体水准。早餐品类过于单一，只有基础的包子、粥品和几种咸菜，既没有本地特色小吃，也缺乏西式早餐的常见选择，选择空间很小。食材品质也有待提升，部分热食保温不到位，吃起来已经发凉。 如果酒店能优化早餐的品类丰富度、食材新鲜度和保温补餐服务，无疑会成为更完美的选择。总体而言，依旧推荐大家入住，尤其适合商务出差或旅游出行，期待下次再来时能感受到早餐的改善～

Staff in the lobby is very nice person but not in the restaurant ?? The location is good one building with the mall, near the lake. Very good 5 stars hotel with complete facilities and cheaper than other 5 stars hotels

A pleasant trip with full of surprises by exceptional service in all aspects. We want to thank Narayan, Durgesh & Rafat from housekeeping team , they were just like our family & takes care of everything thoroughly. Soumil , pawan & Gulshan from IRD never let our kids feel they are not in home with chef shamim & his team. Food was traditional , yummy & always liked by us. Mr Shantanu & Shraddha from Reception took care of us & our requirements by giving their's level best. We truly miss taj & it's associates whenever we start a return journey towards our home. They treat every guests with " an always yes" culture which is very rare in other luxury brands . Thanks for everything & made our stay so memorable.

Large rooms that show some age but were very clean and quite comfortable. Location was quiet with restaurant options within walking distance. Area around the hotel was very pleasant, safe, and quiet. Service was good. Sauna facilities were very nice.

This motel was very quiet and peaceful – that's a big deal for me. It's within short walking distance of the main shopping area in Taradale, which has many bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff of the motel were very friendly and they gave us a free upgrade to a two-roomed unit – that was VERY kind – it blew us away.

Vous avez occupé une chambre à 2 lits séparés qui de ce fait réduit l'espace de circulation de la chambre qui a une superficie de 12.50 m2 environ. il vicolo is ideally positioned in Lucca. Cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had room 4 which overlooked San Frediano Church. The room was spacious, well kept and clean with a shared kitchen with all the facilities to make a meal if needed, plus free coffee. If you have walking difficulties then the steps to the accommodation my be challenging. Manuel was excellent host. Would definitely stay here again
