Greatly located in Ortisei as based to explore the mountains nearby. Good breakfast included, quite a hike from bus stop, stayed in single room, quite tight space but all is ok. Dinner option available at 18:30-20:30 at extra pay.

This was my first time in Lisbon, but I must admit that Portuguese people are really nice and friendly. This was the case here in this hotel too. Everything was solved easily with them, they are flexible and kind stuff. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance and the area is pretty quiet. Never had a problem taking a nap in the afternoon, or sleep in the evening or until noon.

酒店非常大，十几层，设施业很好，就是衞生不是很好，晚上要睡觉了才发现床单上有好几块油渍，肯定不是我们自己弄脏的，因为已经入住超过了好几个小时所以没有和酒店联系更换，洗澡时又发现护发素的瓶子是空的，好吧，这个价格不值啊

Amazing experience with this hotel. The service is just perfect , they always smile , they’re so kind. It’s clean , the food is just delicious and room is amazing. The hotel offer free airport transfert with a welcome drink which is a BIG PLUS. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Impressive building in wooded grounds. Excellent friendly service. Stayed in four poster suite which was disappointing, tatty old furniture and tired furnishings. Shower above bath was very difficult to use. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend this hotel but not the room we stayed in.

The place is beautiful. And the rooms are spacious and comfortable: a common space with separate be bedrooms... It was perfect for our family. The are places to sit outside, you can have breakfast there. And the location is fantastic, just a block from Paseo Montejo, walking distance from not only the historic center of Mérida but also their recently developed gastronomy district on Calle 47. You will love it.
