Heater in room is not working…I called front desk and did as I was told with no success

The hotel location very convenient and strategic. Walking to beach is around 5mins. Breakfast is just average but still buffet style. Overall cleanliness is good

Wish the room had a microwave and that the coffee maker was a keurog type maker. Also there were no bathroom fans in the bathroom.

Good area and room is big. Bed is great

We had a lovely day at the residence Inn in Little Rock. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially give high marks to Rita in the kitchen who prepared a wonderful breakfast, including gluten-free options.

This was an alright location. The food inside this place is not good and very over priced! The breakfast is crap & they have a few tables of breakfast items they put away after breakfast & then at night when they are about to close they bring the same tables with the same food out. You have to wait until 8am to be allowed to go inside to even get a simple cup of coffee & during breakfast you are only allowed to have the small kcup style expresso & if you want the expresso beans grinded for expresso from behind the bar then this isn’t included within your breakfast charge, you have to pay extra which I think is pretty petty, even though the guy with the hair bun insists they are the same coffee, & if that is true then why are you charging for the fresh ground beans, which I didn’t have a problem paying for but it just felt like they are not accommodating here at all! I would not stay here again. The lady at the reception Denise is very helpful & nice, but her boss with the short bob curly hair & huge eyeglasses is very rude, fake & snide. We were there during Easter weekend & this place was slightly busy & we had to make reservations for dinner at 7pm to get a bite to eat! At 6pm there was only 2 couples inside of the restaurant! We flew into Madrid at 5:45am & drove all the way to this place & we were really hungry but they would not allow us to even get a cup of coffee & the staff were ignoring us & wanted us out of the way! Denia is a lovely place but I will not stay here!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Breakfast and overall food very nice and fair price. We enjoyed a lot and will definitely go back.

Me sorprendió el hotel,muy lindo,limpio,excelente atención,recepción,camareros. Desayuno variado frutas,yogurt,fiambre,facturas,huevo,queso ,mermeladas,etc,completísimo. 7mo piso vista al lago Nahuel H. Comodidad,días muy calurosos,ventilador y ventana,es inusual estos veranos con tan altas temperaturas. Tiene cochera,hay un servicio de media pensión. Amabilidad desde que entras hasta que te vas.
