Host was responsive and friendly. He greeted us at check-in and helped with our luggage. The apartment is clean and spacious. Nice view of the city. The only disappointing thing was the pool is closed until 5 pm, so we didn’t get to use it much.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth, the room felt fresh and cozy, and everything worked perfectly.

1.酒店是新开的，硬件设施都很新。 2.但是酒店的通风管道应该是公共的，别的房间抽烟，烟味可以弥散到其他房间，让人闻着不舒服。 3.问了一句能不能升个房间，不能升级直接説就好了，没必要骗客户房间预订满了（截止到当天晚上平台各类房型都可预订，有富余）

一楼房间，很方便，到夫子庙附近进出方便很合适的

I had an amazing stay at ELVIRA last night! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had a great view. I especially loved the comfy bed and the cool feature in the room. The location was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will 100% be back!

Everything is GOOD ??????????????????????????????????????

酒店停车场是地下一层，光线比较暗，入住报出车号就能离店直接走。前台服务很好，还有迎宾水果。房间很大，设施齐全，电视反应速度稍慢。特别惊讶的是酒店提供免费晚餐，虽然简单，就是麪食，但比外卖强。早餐种类够用，但是橙汁和咖啡是冲泡的，有待提升。
