Everything was good in this renovated hotel except for the beds and bedding !! Awful beds, but service customer was great and the renovation is coming to an end and I bet they will look nice.

We had a great stay here. Super convenient to the ballpark, football stadium, the free connect bus that takes you around town and to Findlay market. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Johnette for helping us with check out.

订的双床房，空间很大，衞生间和淋浴间乾湿分离，上厕所和洗澡的互不影响，家人特别满意，全屋智能，外卖有机器人送到门口，因为是来玩水的，酒店特别贴心的准备了专门的晾晒区，还提供衣架，高温天气防止车子暴晒，工作人员还帮车子放置了遮阳板，特别满意

房间衞生乾净，设施齐全送物有小机器人非常方便，前台服务好，离店送水很贴心，出行方便门口就有公交站，第一次来住整体挺好的，下次出行还会选择这里。

We’ll stay here again for sure! Breakfast was expensive, so we chose to not buy it. But it looked good.
The property has been renovated and it’s very nice and so clean! Literally the bed was so perfect! We immediately relaxed and slept amazingly!

酒店位置在北塘大街，距离地铁站也不算远差不多步行5分钟，酒店有自己的停车场停车也不怕没位置。酒店五楼还有自助的洗衣房和健身房，非常方便，酒店大堂气派凉快，环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适衞生，房间乾净整洁舒适，设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好，设计也很有特色，服务人员很热情，乐於提供各种帮助，早餐丰盛，现下馄饨麪条还有中西式的自助餐供选择满足了各种人的口味和需求。总之非常满意的一次出行。性价比不错，非常满意！
