Greeted by the well fed rats in the carpark, same experience for our friends that we met there. Smooth check- in, friendly staff. Malodours room, worried about the huge rats joining us. Tired looking hotel in need of a revamp, the bar area particularly. Several items missing of the menu (had I not of rebooked the meal option probably wouldn’t have eaten there). This hotel is bringing the chain down- not the usual standard you expect from a premier inn.

Room very neglected considering we were supposed to have a superior room, staff unhelpful, breakfast lacking anything hot

The bar equipment is strictly reserved for beverages sold by the establishment, in accordance with our internal regulations and the normal operating conditions applicable to licensed premises.We note that your dissatisfaction appears to be primarily related to this refusal, which is a standard rule and not a lack of service.Furthermore, hot items are offered every morning at breakfast. Our staff is present either in the breakfast room or at the reception desk during service and remains available to guide guests and indicate precisely the location of the hot buffet. Our recent four-night stay at the Hive villa was a positive experience. Any minor issues that arose were promptly addressed and resolved upon contacting the front desk. Given the remote location, we recommend pre-arranging transportation with the front desk or securing a rental vehicle. The restaurant offered a limited menu, with most dishes designed for sharing among 2-3 individuals. The pool and lounge areas were meticulously maintained, providing exceptional views.
Guests considering a reservation here should anticipate a focus on relaxation within the resort or local diving activities, as most excursions and attractions are situated 45-120 minutes away.

Hotel peque?o estilo Boutique. Son 2 pisos y sólo se accede por escalera. Habitación cómoda con ba?o peque?o. Muy buen servicio. Todas las habitaciones dan a un pasillo abalconado donde hay sillones y mesas para fumadores. Para mí eso fue importante, ya que no tenía que salir a la calle a fumar.
No desayunamos en el establecimiento por lo que no puedo opinar del mismo.
La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, al igual que el servicio de limpieza

The rooms were clean and beds were good but I found their security key system unreliable with using the lifts and exiting the doors at the street end.
In a word the card was tempremental

Supposed to be newly renovated- but our room door wasn’t closing properly or locking. Front desk staff said an engineer would come look at it, but they never did. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock unless you fought with it. Tub drain was out and sitting on edge of tub and the inside of tub was chipped and peeling
