The room was clean, pleasant. The staff were helpful. Most people would be very happy. The apartment was not as big as I expected. We had booked the largest apartment because we were traveling with our son in a wheelchair using a portable hoist. the hoist could get into the bedroom, but the bathroom door would not open wide enough to take either hoist or wheelchair. The shower chair supplied was for someone with good balance. It was not advertised as disabled access, so we can't complain. A bigger apartment may have worked better for us.

Wir waren im Zimmer 402. Es hat das kleinste Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken), das ich wir je gesehen haben. Eine leibige Person würde niemals hineinpassen. Die Glastüren der Dusche sind undicht, so dass das ganze Badezimmer nach dem Duschen unter Wasser steht, das man selber putzen muss. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung. Der Mülleimer wird nicht geleert. Für jede Kleinigkeit (Kaffee, Toilettenpapier etc.) muss man die Rezeption kontaktieren, die nicht immer besetzt ist. Das Bett ist viel zu hart. Aufgrund starker Schnerzen am seitlichen Becken wei? man nicht, auf welcher Seite man liegen soll. Daher sehr unruhiger Schlaf; ja eine Tortur. Ansonsten befindet sich in diesem Zimmer alles (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Besteck etc.). Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Viele Restaurants und Gesch?fte in der Umgebung. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Clean room, nice pool area, had our two children with us fine for them, staff lovely.

Excellent service, staff, location, and hotel. I came here by myself and the staff helped me with everything including transportation and even organised me a breakfast when i had to leave at 5am. Definitely reccomend this hotel

reception- unfriendly, very rude sound lady. Restaurant can't provide dinner at one night, and no information provided before arrival, we have to go out searching for pizza??!! Spa I fine... Would I come back again? Surely no!

Our stay here exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Museums, the Capital, the Paramount Theater, and tons of amazing restaurants, including Caroline, which is right on the property. I cannot say enough about the staff, as we were greeted with nothing but kindness from everyone we interacted with. We were on a girl's trip and had an early morning flight. We figured we'd ask to see if they could store our luggage since it was 9:30 am and didn't expect to be able to check in, but were surprised when we were told we could go ahead and check in and enjoy breakfast, which again, exceeded expectations! There were the usuals, eggs, bacon/sausage, toast/bagels, an oatmeal and cereal bar, yogurt bar, and my favorite, all the patstries from the coffee bar on the first floor! The hotel even hosts a happy hour in the evening M-Thurs for guests. Our favorite part were the bikes available for guests to utilize free of charge. We were able to see the city and try all the restauraunts without paying a ton for Ubers or tours. We grabbed a free bike and took off! We even got to enjoy the trail at Lady Bird Lake, which is also right around the corner. Caroline's on site has great drinks and food and a great atmosphere for happy hour each evening. When it came time to check out, they stored our luggage for us again so we could maximize our time in the city before needing to head to the airport in the evening. We will stay here again for sure!

Receptionist at check in was so helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my reasonable requests were fulfilled and our stay was fab! The room was immaculate , the room service was very good . We could not fault anything . 5 star service . Thank you Yarrow
