Gutes Frühstück mit grosser und frischer Auswahl. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer im 4. Stock, gute Aussicht, leider h?rt Vorhang auf H?he Liegefl?che auf, so dass man am Morgen durch Licht geweckt wird-für Frühaufsteher kein Problem;-). Grosser Balkon, Safe, sch?nes, neueres Bad als in anderen Zimmern. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt (scheinbar für l?nger) und es gab die Info dazu erst bei Ankunft im Hotel, mit einem Gutschein für einen Willkommensdrink. Ich h?tte voraus eine Mail dazu erwartet, damit man allenfalls h?tte kulant stornieren k?nnen, falls nur Zimmer in oberen Stockwerken m?glich (viele ?ltere Leute, auch mit Atemproblemen, da Solebad von Bad Dürrheim hilfreich). Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Parkplatz wie immer bisher inklusive und problemlos zu benutzen.

Beautiful property with great potential, but falls short of 5-star pricing. Lacked the attention to detail and hospitality expected at this price point. We were on the 1st floor with not much views and loud upstairs neighbors (evening and early morning). Definitely recommend requesting an upper floor. Disappointing restaurant. Dinner main dish was way oversalted and breakfast croissants tasted like reheated frozen pastries. Also, zero acknowledgment of my birthday during the stay.

I am a driver visiting Balaram Resort after nearly 12 hours of continuous driving from Nashik, Maharashtra. The way drivers are treated here is completely unacceptable. Basic facilities provided are in a very poor condition. The beds are unhygienic, the toilets and bathrooms don’t even have proper doors, and there is no electricity. After such a long journey, these are not luxuries — they are basic necessities. Drivers are not machines. We are human beings and deserve proper rest, hygiene, and dignity. The current arrangements clearly show a lack of concern and respect for drivers. The management needs to take this seriously and improve the facilities immediately.

Love the Hotel. I m 80 now. I was always there with my parents. As a wee boy it's got a great feeling to it. Only thing I was dissatisfied with. Was fried breakie. It went cold quick too. It cost me. 30￡ for two my wife ate very little of it.
