Nice, neat and spacious rooms. Pleasant bar for an aperitif. We opted for the culinary package and were served delicious dishes with fine matching wines. Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of options. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

What a disappointment this hotel is! No smiles - no friendly service / which in our opinion comes down to careless management. We could not connect to internet - which is never a problem with our up to date devices. And more people had that problem….as frequent Marriott guests we did not feel heard and not taken care of. Would not stay here again!

Room was very clean. We did have problems with electricity. It popped off twice. Second time was in night. Only outlets quit. Which did not allow my hearing aids to charge. We were moved to a different room and were very good about helping us move. The person that took care of luggage and ordered taxis for our group was very helpful and friendly.

Value to price this is one of the best budget hotel in bandung, location is only a few metres away from ciwalk entrance, Breakfast is decent but room is relatively clean so it's good enough for short stay, and you get a swimmping pool also

Top Hotel, alle sind sehr freundlich vom Empfang im Restaurant usw. Gerne m?chte ich auch den tollen Wellnessbereich hervorheben und die Saunameisterin Melitta und den Saunameister Alex. Die zwei machen jeden Aufguss zum Event. Das Essen sehr lecker. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann sich gut entspannen. Wir waren bereits ?fters da und freuen uns auf unseren n?chsten Besuch.

Easy check in, newly refurbished room with private terrace, excellent quality evening meal & breakfast in very pleasant restaurant. Nice coffee & bar area to sit in too. We were not disturbed by the refurbishment taking place at the hotel. Quiet area with free hotel parking. We did not use the extensive spa facilities which would have cost €22.50 per person for 90 minutes. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely place to stay in central knysna , impressive wooden atrium, polite staff and helpful as we stayed an extra night with a discount. Down side no lifts so not suitable for people with mobility issues

Have been staying here for many times. Good location with food, Watson, boutique around. Breakfast is great now and much better than last time.

We were happy with everything. As well as the usual clean, warm, welcoming etc. It was also the small touches - handmade shortbread gift, a small fridge in the room containing drinking water and fresh milk. Also reasonable toilet roll!
