Great stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the course and the food at the restaurant. We will definitely want to go again!

Very memorable stay. Although we arrived late for the check in, we were assisted very well. Food is really great too. The next day before check ou we did some snorkling and oh boy! We saw a big turtle. We distanced ourselves so as not to bother the creature. We also saw different fishes to. Place is clean. The stairs going down and up to the parking is the only challenge. Over all, amazing place and experience.

Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and we stay in about 20-odd hotels a year. There is ZERO padding, could feel every spring. I can’t stress how bad it was. My parents said there’s was the same in their room. Rooms are also a little outdated, carpets needed to be replaced a long time ago. Otherwise, it’s a great location with a nice view if you book a good room.

The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this place .

We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna.. Only Bikini or naked. Me and my husband were really shocked and turned back to our rooms. This was really degrading and unpleasant.

Always a pleasure to stay at the hotel Reitlwirt, friendly staff, large well appoited rooms, comprehensive breakfast, short walk to rail station, I have no reservation than to highly recommend this Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Heevan Retreat Gulmarg. The hospitality here truly stands out and made our visit extremely comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Javid, F&B Manager, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and always attentive to our needs. His service and care really enhanced our dining experience. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Imran Nazir, the General Manager, who was equally supportive and welcoming. His professionalism and hands-on approach reflect the high standards of the hotel. Both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, and their warmth made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gulmarg—excellent service, great management, and a truly pleasant stay.
