Host Gabrielle was at the rooms every morning to freshly cook croissants and lay breakfast out. He had help from his wife and sister sometimes, such a friendly helpful family. It was a pleasure to meet them. Continental breakfast included cereal, fruit, yogurt, fruit juice and lovely fresh coffee. The location is excellent for the buses and trains. Lots of shops, restaurants and markets around the area. The rooms we had were both ensuite, clean and warm enough with the Aircon on. They are in a typical Naples huge block of apartments round an inner courtyard secured by massive wooden doors. The rooms are retro which matches the building and adds to the charm. The toilet flush was broken in my room and Gabrielle attended to it immediately. My bed was very comfortable indeed, I had the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time. The double beds are huge!. I found it difficult to find as I arrived after Gabrielle had left I had to call him and he unlocked the outside and inner door remotely. There is a small plaque on the wall outside with a telephone nos but don't use that as it's not working, be sure to use the phone nos he sends you in a message. Once in the outside door the signage to the apartment is up high, go up the stairs and out to the right, across the courtyard and in through the right side door, there you will find the lift. There was no one in the apartment of rooms but the keys are in the doors of the vacant rooms so you just let yourself in and get settled. Gabrielle speaks Italian with a little English so things can get lost in translation, he will do everything he can to help though. Don't expect 5*, this is a great budget find in the center of Naples I would return and recommend for sure Thank you for your hospitality Gabrielle and family!

Room was okay basic but ok, carpets in hallways very tired. Room was freezing cold on arrival

Everything was perfect. I really liked the hotel, and the gentleman Adrian and the lady on the PM shift were also wonderful. I apologize; she told me her name, but I didn't write it down. She was the lady on the PM shift on February 1, 2026. I saw her at 7 PM, and everyone was very empathetic and helpful. I really appreciated their professionalism. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Extremely poor breakfast for the price changed. No parking available for bigger buses.

This place has very spotty service and appears to be half shut down. There was never anyone behind the bar/kitchen space to serve people. Also no sign with menu, prices and hours posted by the bar/kitchem. The dorms appeared to be shut down so the place did not have a friendly vibe. The television didn't work and no one came to solve the problem. Although the building is lovely and the location is great, I cannot recommend this place without improvements. The whole place has a really weird feel to it.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Up Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente! La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben organizzata. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben spiegato, anche in autonomia. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto ad assisterci in ogni momento. Ottima anche la posizione: comoda per muoversi in città, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Molto utile il marketplace online, ricco di consigli su servizi e attività nei dintorni. Un'attenzione in più che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Buena ubicación habitación limpia personal muy amable

The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly, but overall the experience does not match up to luxury resorts in Asia. Issues we encountered - our cuante entered my phone number incorrectly into the system so I wasn’t receiving any messages, my dad was ignored at breakfast for over twenty minutes and had to flag a server, the beach didn’t have a lifeguard at all, there were only two restaurants on site and the food was definitely not on par with Guadalajara or Mexico City. Sometimes it was just a general lack of attention to detail. Positives include - the rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were nice, the views and sunsets we saw were beautiful, the pool was clean and not too crowded, and the spa was wonderful (the masseuses were very skilled).

Best hostel I've ever stayed at! The beds are very comfortable, lovely friendly staff, good food at the restaurant downstairs, and a perfect location.
