チェックイン方法が特殊で、メールに送られてきた番号をポストに入力してカードキーを受け取る方式でした。チェックアウト方法もいまいちわからず、チェックアウトできてるか微妙で、事前支払いしていたにも関わらず、サイトの方でチェックアウトのボタンを押すと支払い画面になってしまい困りました。结局支払いはせず、カードキーをおそらく指定していたポストに入れて出て行きましたが、その后特に请求は来ていないので大丈夫だったと思います。
トイレの流す力が弱く诘まりやすかったです。ドライヤーが一定时间やり続けると止まっちゃってしばらく置いとかないとまた使えないのでロングヘアの方はお気をつけください。
けど朝ごはんは美味しくて、パンが何种类かとハムとゆで*があり、ヨーグルトと野菜がありました。饮み物もリンゴジュースや野菜ジュース、コーヒー、ミルク、何种类かの红茶がありました。
夜の18时ごろチェックインして、その后クリスマスマーケットに行きましたが、21时ごろだと周辺に人が少ないのもあって怖い雰囲気の人は特にいませんでした。
ホテルの方と一度も出会わなかったのですが、スムーズに过ごせたと思います。

很晚才到，老板一直熬夜等着到店，还帮忙抬行李拿东西，酒店位置很好临近主路，自驾打车都很方便，外卖也都可以送到房间，门口也都有共享电单车，还提供束河和白沙的接送服务。酒店景色也是没得説，直麪雪山，早晨躺在床上都可以看日照金山，一览无遗，前方没有任何遮挡，很漂亮，让人很放松。位置绝佳。

Very nice experience. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea/coffee and snacks. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, parks and attractions.
The pool is not open to children at all!
Also, access to the pool and spa is pricey at 75 euros per 2 hours. That’s a separate property for that price and should not be advertised with the hotel.

Relaxing yet fun stay
La Beside is a wonderful bed and breakfast and a great place to stay. We interacted with Mark many times over our 2 day stay and he was very helpful with winery and restaurant recommendations and with just about anything we asked him.Our room was perfect and the breakfasts were to die for. The property sitting room was comfortable and quiet. Lovely place I would recommend

STAY AT SLPENDID INN
I had an issue with the hot water. I reported same to the receptionist. He advised that the plumber confirmed that it was fine and that it was the pump that was affected due to load shedding. On Saturday the problem recurred and no one came to fix same. My room wasn’t cleaned either. Water was nit replaced and neither was clean cups replaced.
