Must visit hotel in Leling ..excellent room service..very clean room. And good location and most important thing the front desk employees are very friendly and helpful.I will visit again this hotel whenever I will come ??

Very Faded Elegance I think this hotel is living on a reputation which expired some time ago. The decor is dated, not everything is as clean as it should be, the room we stayed in, although lovely and quiet it not being in the main building, left a lot to be desired on the electrics front. The breakfast food and staff were wonderful. They are obviously having the same problems as many hospitality venues in that they do not have enough staff but being shouted at by the barman in the cocktail bar to "come and get your own drinks as I've got a queue" did not enamour us to him. It's not a cheap place to stay and I don't feel that I could recommend it to anyone at this point in time.

Wonderful boutique like hotel. Staff were so friendly. Easy walk to RER B line to get to downtown Paris and Airport. Would stay there again.

The host was beyond amazing and took the extra mile she was very accommodative and knowledgeable I can’t wait to go back! The place was beautifully located in the country side about 35 minutes from Florence. The place is renovated and very cozy.

Hotel is good, clean room great location, very nice view of the mountain. Onsen on top floor

We stayed 6 nights at i Carusi and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful and of a very high standard. The setting, views and surrounding landscape are also incredibly beautiful. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with amazing service. The food is also exquisite. The chefs have done an amazing job at creating a seasonal menu of classic dishes with a contemporary twist… and it’s all delicious. They also have an all-Sicilian wine list which is exceptional. Even if you don’t stay here you should definitely visit for lunch or dinner. Perhaps what makes i Carusi truly unique and magical are its wonderful staff. We were made to feel very welcome and were looked after very well by the warm and friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular, Giuseppe - who helped arrange an incredible tour of Syracuse and Ortigia for us - was wonderful, and so was the owner’s son, Andrea, who was incredibly attentive and made our stay very special. In fact, the whole team were excellent. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to visit again!
