STAY AT SLPENDID INN I had an issue with the hot water. I reported same to the receptionist. He advised that the plumber confirmed that it was fine and that it was the pump that was affected due to load shedding. On Saturday the problem recurred and no one came to fix same. My room wasn’t cleaned either. Water was nit replaced and neither was clean cups replaced.
