Cons- The hotel itself was like a maze. Renovation is quite noisy in the morning and afternoon with the drilling sound. Quite far from the beach and it's dirty. Beach are unable to swim as the wind is very strong and the sand keep entering the eyes. Pros- kids having fun at the pool. There are at least 5 types of pool and playground pool. Appreciate if there are little shade as its super hot. Pool closes at 7 for kids pool. Kids club is big with outdoor playground. Kids under 4 must be supervise by adults while above 4 you can leave them there. Food at pak lagoi during breakfast is great and you can order specialty coffee. During dinner if ordering ala carte the kids can eat for free with at least 1 main dish. Kids can choose either from the menu or kids corner at the buffet. Unfortunately the drinks can order from the menu and unable to refill. There are at least a noodle, pasta, chicken or fish, vegetables, brownie, cupcake cookies, gummy, fruits and etc. There are also shuttle to plaza lagoi every 1 hour. Sadly during check in on 22.12 to 25.12 there are no gift or free upgrade. Those guest that check in on 24.12 they receive a Xmas socks.

Was given a room with a broken radiator and was so incredibly hot we were not able to sleep more than a few minutes. When we spoke to the ‘front desk’, (a young woman who showed up in her loungewear) she said she knew that room had a problem (!!!!!) with a broken radiator. This ruined our trip as we were not able to function on no sleep. What a mistake in booking this hotel

CP值很高的饭店，有机器人送**和送洗的衣物之外，服务很好，家人来饭店碰面也都招待茶水有五星的享受，附近有很多吃的，到古城也很方便，旁边也有按脚的，下次来还会住这儿。

房间很大，有浴缸可以泡澡，给的房间离电梯好远，花洒水小了一点，早餐很丰富，大楼里电影院，一口大堂有很多书。

Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town.

The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.

Recommended No complaints. I ordered breakfast one day, and it arrived warm and on time. Las Villas recommended a local restaurant (Jungle Fish), which was tasty. However, be prepared Las Villas is situated within new homes, VRBOs, and other rental property...meaning only one restaurant in this five block road. However, the access to a private beach meant that one can stroll about 1 km to the north where you have a continuous selection of beaches from which to choose.

Home Away from home Home away from home with a modern touch. Glocal Torbole was wonderful. Family owned, personal touch throughout!! The owner super helpful and responsive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will be back!!

We had a great weekend stay. A location right on the beach, beautiful grounds and pool. The room was rustic and chic, but felt like a really fun tree house. The food and drinks were excellent. Staff was attentive and helpful.
