We called to arrange refund and the staff replied to check ******* but we booked under trip.com. Initially, agreed on charged one day and refund the rest of day but they changed to refund. Very displeased due to emergency and need to leave to country. staff refused to compromise. ?we paid in full but not staying. not recommended.
