Our second stay, Just loved it so we extended an extra night. Forgot to mention, the bed was very comfy and new linen. The hallways are also very stylishly decorated. You should give this place a try !

Soggiorno davvero impeccabile! La struttura è nuovissima, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dal Duomo e comodissima per visitare tutta la città a piedi. La camera era confortevole, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Si percepisce la passione e la professionalità con cui viene gestita la struttura. Consiglio assolutamente il Naples Plaza Duomo a chi vuole vivere un’esperienza autentica e confortevole nel centro di Napoli.

Near marina but a few issues Nice place near the marina is the plus. But there were a few issues, hot tub nonfunctional, no alternate offered, no AC in hallways and elevator. I called front desk several times and each time no answer, after a few times, I asked about my unanswered calls and was told the phone did not work at front desk. Seems odd.
