Nice location

We had a great stay here. It’s a 5 minute ride from Pai Walking street and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s super comfy. Would recommend and stay again!

Great location, super friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. Our favorite Chapel Hill overnight location!

第一次来恩施，选了恩施比较火的旅游景区女儿城，这个景区是免费的，酒店也是定在里面的，酒店也是在景区里面，出行非常的方便，晚上的时候有表演很热闹，酒店的旁边就是小吃街，吃完小吃走几步就直接到酒店了，晚上的时候也很安静表演完就不吵了，前台的服务也不错，入住的时候有欢迎水果赠送，退房的时候还有伴手礼相送，里面是太阳伞刚好退房的时候太阳比较大，用上了，酒店还是很贴心的。必须的好评。

unsafe entrance no light dark area lots of graffiti, cold and hot water issues with boiler almost burning and super cold within 2 seconds …no one to check out , cleaning lady asked me to go to nina palace to check out , 17 min from there with all my 8 bags with my family… crazy

过来出差的，服务态度很好，特别是前台小何，人很不错，推荐的那家火锅很好吃，就在酒店楼下，附近也有很多的美食，串串小吃都有，大厅的风格也很简单大气，房间也是商务型的不错，下次还来！

We didn't notice the bedbugs when we was there, and when we was there we had a lovely time. Hotel was good location, breakfast was lovely. Couldnt fault it at the time. However when we was there noticed a few bites but assumed they were mosquitos. On returning home bites kept coming out worse and worse (bites can take 7-14 days to come out after being bitten) and then when looking at reviews seen bed bugs at the hotel is a reccuring problem. They must have a severe infestation as I am covered (see pic) Terrified I have brought them home now and has tainted our stay in Venice which he had thought was lovely. The hotel must know it has this problem.
