已经不止一次住维也纳了，临澧县最好的酒店了，除了隔音差一些，酒店出入的本地人没有边界感之外，总体算不错了，如果，酒店把针对当地人的餐饮服务和针对游客或者商务的人羣分流，尤其是电梯，那体验感完全不同，当地人电梯乱按，电梯内抽烟，真的很讨厌！

入住体验还不错，酒店前台金金小姐姐的服务态度热情友好，带了家人还帮我赠送了早餐！很开心！早餐品种很多味道也不错！酒店的位置也非常方便，交通便利，出行无压力。房间内的设施非常齐全，乾净整洁，都是落地窗，视野很开阔！

説是酒店其实就是公寓，装修很差最便宜的那种，门口不隔音。关键是租的写字楼的高层，上下班时间根本等不到电梯。这个价格贵了不如住边上的维也纳。比他还便宜。这些评分都是买的吗？

Great location and nice apartment. Checkin was painful with bad directions and communication with the concierge (this is actually a shop in the main street of Arcs). Had to pickup the keys from a deposit box outside the shop after a long journey which was a bit stressful tbh, Wifi just does not work at all so the 3 smart tvs are useless unless you like French tv. EE data coverage is woeful in the block too so we were stuck for entertainment in the evenings. You get a better signal on the lifts!

酒店宽城明亮，设施设备齐全，服务很周到，衞生条件良好，布草间阿姨很nice，需要加拖鞋和水，都无条件满足，前台小姐姐还送我们花茶和小盆友玩具，真是完美体验???

splendido ambiente con possibilità di cenare all'aperto; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile anche per il pasto di un bimbo di 6 mesi, piatti molto originali e curati. il risotto agli agrumi merita il viaggio!
