My experience staying at this property has been excellent. The rooms are well-maintained, the surroundings are calm, and all basic facilities are easily available. The owner is very responsive and supportive, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great location!

Like the other Welcome Hotel in Bamberg the buffet breakfast is understanding with a great range of German breads and rolls. cheese, cold meats, hot bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals including Birckenmüsli etc etc. The breakfast room faces directly onto the river Regnitz which is very picturesque. The staff are really friendly and helpful both with me and my teen children! It’s only a short walk to the centre of town, or along the river to the Old Town and Cathedral. The rooms were comfy and amazing value *****

这家酒店不错的，可惜没有电梯，不过工作人员都会帮忙搬行李。如果能在前台放些水就好了，因为六点半前台还没人，想离店的时候喝口水。

It was convenient, but the parking, tho free, isn't quite as implied. You can't park at the property, but there are 2 car parks with free parking for up to 24 hours with no return in less than 4 hours. It was also mostly very clean. However, I dropped the top from an ointment while in the toilet/shower room. It went under what turned out to be a space under a cupboard and the shower which was such that I let the top remain wherever it was.

I have fallen in love with this hostel. It was very clean & conveniently located in the centre of this New Zealand ???? capital. Receptionist were accommodating & approachable.

Entrati mancanza totale di asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per farceli portare, sporcizia ovunque, piatti e posate SUDICI, fornelli a gas non funzionanti con perdite di gas (molto pericoloso), sotto la lavatrice uscivano continuamente formiche finché poi ci siamo ritrovati la casa invasa da esse , sotto la lavatrice c’era un pezzo di torta… letto che scricchiolava e le lenzuola erano per una piazza emmezza non per quella matrimoniale, la mattina una presunta donna delle pulizie e entrata in camera senza bussare! Dovevamo soggiornare cinque giorni ma dopo la seconda notte ce ne siamo andati subito!!
