来住过好多回了，这一次本来计划是住近一个月吧，差不多是到元月21日离开。可是贵店就是要在21日涨价，我想在贵店一个月我都住了不会因为这20元钱而影响旅客的体验感吧。结果我竟然协商没有成功。有一种没在乎我这种普通客人最後一天被赶出来的感觉。於是我果断取消了後面几天的订单，明天就换个宾馆。
祝贵店生意兴隆。
酒店回复：尊敬的宾客，您好！对於酒店给您带来不好的体验，首先向您道歉。酒店20/21日因为有团队提前预订的原因，我们网站都是很早之前就关房的，因为您的订单不是网站一次性下单，而是每天不同时间段下单，我们也会在每天中午给所有未下单的客人打电话询问是否续住的问题，也会解释20/21日无法续住事宜，且因为网站的房价因账号/时间段不同下单价格不同，酒店前台也无法给您网站的价格入住，给您带来不便，非常抱歉，最後祝您生活愉快，工作顺利！

Abbiamo soggiornato due iorni in questa struttura io e il mio compagno. Il personale e' accogliente, la struttura e' carina, la camera mi e' piaciuta ed era ben pulita. Il soggiorno e' stato molto piacevole.
