Check in was smooth and easy. Amish was very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help me and made sure I had the best service and offer possible. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed in The Glass House at La Botanica and truly felt like I was living in a dream. Surrounded by nature on all sides, with light pouring in and greenery everywhere—it was like my own private sanctuary in the middle of paradise. Every detail was so intentional, from the natural textures to the calming minimalist design. It’s the kind of place where you instantly exhale and slow down. What made my stay even more memorable was Chef Victor—he’s a gem. Not only is his food nourishing and flavorful, but he himself is so sweet, kind, and welcoming. You can feel the love and care he puts into each meal. He made me feel right at home. The community vibe at La Botanica is something special—yoga in the mornings, meaningful conversations around the table, and plenty of space to reflect and reconnect. Whether you’re solo or with a group, it’s a space that meets you where you are. If you’re looking for a soulful, stylish, and restorative escape in Puerto Rico, La Botanica—and especially The Glass House—is it. I’ll absolutely be back.

Wir haben eine Nacht auf dem Wohnmobilstellplatz übernachtet und waren mit dem Platz zufrieden. Als Verbesserung schlagen wir eine M?glichkeit zum Stromanschluss auf dem Stellplatz vor. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Excellent staff and service , food is also good. Coordination with Ajit Ji and service is exceptional. Room is also very good and it is having private lawn and common swimming pool and both are very good. It is having private parking and place for driver.

what it was in advertising different in realty, e.g our rooms have 2 twin beds and it was lie, nothing about car par charging, also no breakfast yet clark asked us to pay for breakfast we did not have and I challenged the breakfast charge he deduct the charge. I had to asked " management" to tell the chambermaid to look after the room like missing toilet paper and tissue. please reply

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions etc..

Siamo stati in agosto durante un tour attorno al Lago di Garda. La struttura si presenta molto bene, ben curata, anche nei particolari. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. La piscina è un toccasana. Ristorante all'altezza. Ottimi piatti, buona anche la selezione dei vini, anche al calice. Personale molto disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza, anche per le più improvvise. Ancora grazie per l'assistenza. Merita un ritorno.
