My husband and I flew to Hamburg on Dec 1st 2025 for 4 days and stayed at the Sleephotels Suite Garde. The location is perfect as in-between two metro lines of 150mtrs. The hotel entrance, hallways, lifts, walls and aroma was very good and had a warm atmosphere. There was a water jug and snacks available complimentary in the reception area. This hotel used to be a police station years ago and has character, big rooms and although on a main road, the odd siren from an ambulance was all we heard and light traffic. The rooms had very good gas central heating and we had to turn it down as it was so efficient. There was lots of hot water and the bathroom and bedroom was of a v/good standard. The beds were comfortable with large pillows and a blanket. There were lots of towels and we had the room with a corner bath which was wonderful and deep. Overall, its a lovely hotel and some men were painting while we were there but didn't make any noise and were quiet whilst working. There were rabbits outside but only at night, which we found to be quite nice. The check in was easy however, we did call the help number and our call was answered promptly and our enquiry was resolved immediately. You just use a code to enter the gate and the building so no key is needed. If we had to say one slight negative thing, was there was nowhere to leave your cases if you had a late flight. If there were lockers in the hotel, it would have been quite handy. We did end up using the lockers at the main station and I think it cost us 6 euros for 4 hours. Because we are English, we would have liked more milk in our room as it was only there on arrival and we didn't receive anymore. Overall, if you want to visit Hamburg, this hotel is perfect as you just a couple of stops from the main station and can access many places. Very happy !!!

Well located for exploring San Sebastián. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable & spotlessly clean. We didn’t have breakfast, but there was decent coffee etc available 24 hours.

很好 房间超级大！视野很好离海滩很近！！！！！

房间高速公路边上，很吵，很大的灰，很大的土，床上的衞生条件不好，床上有床蝨，被咬了很痒，身上有大片的红疹，起初只以为是蚊子叮咬，谘询国内外医生后，均被告知是床蝨叮咬，希望该酒店注重床品衞生，连续在你们酒店住了两天实属是我倒霉！

酒店回复：根据记录显示，您和您的同伴于2024年10月14日20:00办理入住，并与10月16日09:45办理退房。入住期间酒店工作人员从未收到过您本人反馈身体不适或其它任何不适的情况。经过与您接触的员工沟通后得知，您和同伴在早餐厅就餐时对凉菜是冷的表示非常不满，并对在场酒店员工进行了言语侮辱，但根据监控显示在您抱怨凉菜是冷的之后，还是打包了不少餐食。其次您评论中提供的照片并非我店客房的照片，我店所有房间均为淡黄色山茶花地毯，照片中地毯为蓝色。另外根据记录显示您在退房时也并未向前台反馈任何身体不适或表述有任何健康问题。但酒店在您离店后，于10月17中午接到携程电话，被告知您觉得房间很差，需要酒店退还所有房费。鉴于酒店布草洗涤都由正规洗涤厂负责清洗，且在住期间并未收到任何反馈，酒店并未立即对退费做出回覆，随后您发布了如上评价。以上是事件大致经过，对您的遭遇我们深表同情，同时祝您早日康复。

房间比较大，衞生还算乾净，设施比较新，地理位置方便，附近是双湖公园，有健身中心，不过要出酒店去後麪的院子，冬天和下雨天不太方便
