This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!

The room furniture was very old,
and the room overlooked the restaurant’s exhaust fans.
The furniture colors were mismatched and visually unpleasant.
I requested a room change, but there was no response.
As a result, I canceled the second night and moved to M?venpick Hotel

L'hotel è fronte al mare, la camera era molto pulita come tutto l'hotel, colazione abbondante, ma la cena sempre ricca di piatti buonissimi con scelta infinita e di qualità!!

the layout of the room was a bit strange where the bathroom is quite large but the room is quite small. Also, when you enter the bathroom you enter the shower first, then the toilets and basin. If you showered already, you will be forced to walk through the wet area. However, I think not all room layouts are like this so your millage may vary. Also the noise isolation is not the best.

住的太舒服了！民宿小姐姐非常热情温柔，房间里有私汤，泡澡很舒适。随便在民宿找一个躺椅坐坐，时间都慢了下来，还有早餐，也是阿姨现做现吃的非常惬意。附近2公里小镇吃的啥都有，很有家的感觉，是一个非常适合度假的地方～下次有机会一定还住！！

The host is a very nice man, speaks english well! He asks and gives you all information you need about Palermo, food, customs, tickets.. And serves you free breakfast every morning.
Bathroom is privat, but unfortunatelly not always in the sleeping room.
