The rooms are clean and beautiful. However, service is quite slow, I had to ask three times and in a span of 4 hours for them to bring some water to the room. Lots of staff on the ground floor but no one was really doing much. Food is quite ok, however not comparable to the other 5 star hotels in Colombo. As a frequent traveller I want to support Sri Lankan owned hotels, which is why I selected Amari, they need to improve thei customer service. Although the ladies at the reception and the lady who escorted me to the room were great.

Brand new apartments. Well located in the city center close to the museums. Easy automated check in process. Nice beds and neat design. Would recommend

Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). The only slightly negative thing was the hotel had construction outside going on while we were there, but I feel like the hotel did everything possible to minimize inconvenience and it really didn't bother us too much.

It was under renovation at day time which didn’t affect me at all. The location and a night market were both within 5 minutes walk.

这次入住的民宿体验简直好到爆棚??!刚到民宿，老板就热情地招呼我们。晚上，得知我要喝中药，她二话不説就帮忙加热，这份贴心真的太暖人了。 早上，老板的妈妈端出了自己亲手做的各种点心，那香气瞬间弥漫了整个餐厅。我嚐了一口，哇塞，口感软糯，甜而不腻，我一下子就吃了好几个。 吃完点心，老板还主动提出带我们去参观果园。果园里果实累累，我们一边漫步，一边听讲解各种水果的种植。 再説説房间，乾净得一尘不染，布置得温馨又舒适，床铺柔软得就像云朵一样，让我睡得特别香甜。 这次的无锡之行，每一个瞬间都充满了温暖和惊喜。我已经开始期待下一次的到来啦，也强烈推荐给各位朋友，来这里感受这份独特的美好!

房子还不错，面积不错，衞生也还可以，只不过户型不太好，没有窗户，位置在通州，离工业园很近，楼下吃的不少
