The room was the cheapest among all hotels in hsinchu area. Its actually more than I paid for. The room was nice and amenities inside our room are all good except for the little stinky bathroom smell when we first came. Breakfast served are all delicious and I have nothing but praises to the 2 girl receptionist that we have met. Both are so pretty and really very nice in accomodating my family.

服务态度一流：大半夜小区门口迎接我们，下雨前提前送伞到别墅来。家里老人腿脚不便，统统开绿灯为了老人解决方便。非常适合带老人孩子的自驾游。
环境一流：苍山脚下，空起超级好，超级安静。每栋都有露台，俯瞰洱海赏苍山流云。同时，也是看日出的最佳点。
亲子游大家都关心的问题：
1，是含早餐的，一栋含4份，很细心，分中式早餐和西式早餐，老人孩子小两口都照顾到了。
2，不能加床，一栋有3个床，可以住一家六口。
3，停车很好停，每栋别墅门前都有3个停车位。
