An incredible setting, beautiful building, the warmest of welcomes, fabulous food and hospitality, what else can I say! The Granary was the perfect place for our team to connect, work and relax! It all made for a fabulous and memorable stay!
We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Barn. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, modern, and thoughtfully put together everything was. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless, ideal for a cosy night in, and the living area was super comfortable with stylish touches throughout. The attention to detail really stood out — from the quirky decor to the soft furnishings, everything was both functional and homely. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. It’s a peaceful and private spot, yet still close to Swaffham town, making it convenient for shops and local dining. Perfect for a relaxing overnight stay or a short countryside break. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Toujours avec le même groupes d’amis nous venons habituellement ensemble et il y a toujours un probleme pour payé cela a pris 30 min aujourd’hui alors qu’il y avait 1 coca et une citronnade

Highly recommend this beautiful , cozy place. It is absolutely a lovely, beautiful place to stay and Karen and Adrian are amazing. They go over and above with great hospitality. Excellent service, food was outstanding and the location was perfect for our trip. If we’re ever back in that area, we will stay there again no doubt.
Great service
I had a great stay. I was travelling for work so appreciated the provided parking spaces and fast internet. The service was excellent (offered a pot of tea with milk on arrival) and the breakfast was all freshly cooked.
J'ai découvert le BARN peu après son ouverture mais tout à bien changé. Tout d'abord les prix sont montés en fleche et ce n'est pas justifié car loin d'un niveau 4. Espaces communs réduits et séparés en deux pour accueillir un maximum de personnes. Toilettes pas hyper clean. Chambres avec taches sur la moquette. Restauration approximative, mal présenté. Le spa n'est non plus hyper clean. Bref l'endoit est sympathique mais est mal entretenu, en tous cas il ne peut pas se réclamer d'être un 4 étoiles.
Joyce is the perfect host, offering superb accommodation set in a beautiful part of the UK. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Her breakfasts could be described as legendary, with a wide variety of local produce and lots of options. I had to walk 11 miles to burn it off! A lovely stay and highly recommended.
As we were visiting Towton we looked for a B&B in the area and found The Barn. The reviews were excellent and we have to say our stay lived up to them. Very welcoming owners, comfortable bed, great breakfast and ideal location for visiting this area.

Great location for where I was working and Very clean and tidy. The room was small but its a single and has everything you need. the owners where on hand if you require anything. there is a very good local food pub 5 mins walk away. more if you want to drive or items form the village shop also run by the owners if you prefer.
établissement très accueillant et chaleureux niché au milieu d’un haras où vous pourrez vous reconnecter avec la nature et en particulier avec les chevaux, tous plus beaux les uns que les autres. La décoration est épurée et l’endroit adapté à tout type de clientèle. Je pense que celui-ci est parfait pour faire découvrir le milieu équin aux enfants qui pourront apprendre à monter à poney. Nous avons apprécié la décoration épurée, les poêles à bois magnifiques dans les communs, les services et prestations inclus (go?ter à 16h30, petit déjeuner, balade en vélo électrique, classique ou VTT, jeux divers - de plateau ou de balles - molky…), le personnel très souriant et accueillant (petit mot particulier pour Zoé qui nous a servi au restaurant le soir : un amour !), et la partie SPA (sauna, hammam et bains nordiques - attention toutefois pour ces derniers il n’y en a que 2 donc en cas de forte affluence il faudra attendre son tour…). A noter toutefois que la fréquentation de l’établissement est très ??bobo-chic parisienne??et cela se ressent énormément (pour ceux qui aiment les endroits plus intimes cela peut rebuter (tout le monde est bien apprêté et tout le monde se regarde…). Il y aussi beaucoup d’enfants (pour ceux qui n’aiment pas ?a !). Les chambres étaient plut?t propres même si c’est perfectible, surtout dans la douche (mais comme dans beaucoup d’h?tels). Les communs sont très agréables et il y’a toujours quelque chose à faire pour s’occuper malgré la distance avec la ville de Rambouillet (~25min en voiture). Les plats servis au restaurant étaient très bons quoi que peu généreux pour le prix (compter entre ~40 et ~55 € par personne). C’était globalement une bonne expérience !
