This is our 4th time staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. The service has significantly improved over previous stays and we would rank it 9/10. The updated rooms are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The food however for a hotel of this level could be significantly improved except for the Sands and Tomahawk restaurants. Also be prepared to 50+ burgers and a significant price tag for all food.
