Guest：This is our 4th time staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. The service has significantly improved over previous stays and we would rank it 9/10. The updated rooms are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The food however for a hotel of this level could be significantly improved except for the Sands and Tomahawk restaurants. Also be prepared to 50+ burgers and a significant price tag for all food.
Guest：The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin
Guest：Absolutely stunning, as always, at this property. Impeccably clean, every attention to detail was made, the staff is wonderful and friendly, and they provided an upgrade based on availability without even asking. This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Property and I will continue to return, by far my favorite resort in the Riviera Maya area!
