Very disappointed! We did not get the room I booked (King bed with pull out couch). At check in I was told: so sorry, but there was a mistake and they accidentally gave my room away. Since we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) they offered one (!) roll-away bed for free. There was no breakfast although the ad clearly states “ breakfast included”. They gave us 2 boxes that included a mini water bottle, a muffin and an apple. When we mentioned that we are a party of 4 guests, they said each room only gets two boxes. Makes NO sense! There is no free parking only valet at $25 per night. The pool looked green in the morning. Obviously it had not been cleaned in a while. We watched them sweep a lot of green algae together and eventually one of the staff got in the water in his underwear (!) to repair the pool light. The location is great and the view of the marina is beautiful. But at almost $300 for a regular night I don’t feel that I received what I paid for…
