I have been traveling for more than 30 years, and this has undoubtedly been the most challenging check-in experience I have ever encountered. The line extended outside the door, and once I reached the front, I was informed of additional fees that were not disclosed anywhere during the booking process, specifically a $150 deposit that may take up to 30 days to be refunded after check-out (please ensure you read what you sign). Furthermore, I was informed that cash was not accepted, and the manager was of no assistance whatsoever. After visiting the bank to deposit the necessary funds for the fees, I found myself in an even longer line than before. They attempt to sell time shares during check-in, which further delays the process. Once I finally completed the check-in, I arrived at the room, which was quite outdated. You share a private hallway with the adjacent room, and it becomes exceedingly noisy when the doors open and close. However, the location is excellent, and the other guests were very amiable.
