We recently stayed at Nobby’s Beach Holiday Village and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
We were allocated a tent site directly beside the bins without prior notice, which caused issues immediately. When I tried to call the office to discuss the tent location and seek assistance, my call was not returned.
There were ongoing disturbances throughout our stay, including cars driving in and out of the park throughout the night on both nights we stayed, which made it very difficult to sleep.
Noise late at night, repeated disruptions, and unsafe behaviour in the pool area meant my children did not feel comfortable or safe using the facilities. As a result, they were unable to enjoy key amenities during our stay.
I made multiple attempts to contact management during and after our stay, including phone calls, a website feedback submission, and email, but received no response.
What was meant to be a relaxing end to the holidays turned into a stressful and exhausting experience, and the lack of follow-up has been equally disappointing.

In response to the disturbances, we amped up our security presence and site checks, as well as re-informed park guests of our strict rules regarding noise and behaviour. We are disappointed that these measures did not sufficiently improve the environment for your family.We always encourage guests to speak with a member at reception while they are in-house so we can do our best to rectify issues.
