Our stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, and the facilities and overall service were reasonably good. However, I experienced a serious issue that affected my comfort and sense of privacy.
During our stay , a staff member entered my room at an inappropriate time without knocking or asking for permission. I consider this a clear violation of guest privacy. I immediately filed a formal complaint with the management and requested that the matter be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome.
Unfortunately, our stay ended and we checked out without receiving any response, follow-up, or apology from the administration regarding the complaint. This lack of feedback and accountability was disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.
