This hotel looks lovely, staff are very helpful and the room was clean. However we were disappointed by the food quality and options. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and all were not good. The food is cold, flies all over, very hot and noisy restaurant. Felt like a school dining hall. The food presentation and taste is nowhere near as good as other places we have visited in Sri Lanka. The veds were very uncomfortable, shower water not very hot and the air-conditioning was very noisy too.
